This document ("Terms") constitutes a formal agreement between you and Kartos Gale LTD (referred to as the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a legal entity incorporated at 132 Begin Road, Tel Aviv, Israel. These provisions regulate your right to enter and use the setup tool and all corresponding software components associated with the digital product known as Weatherish ( "Installer" and/or "Software"). By proceeding to download, install, use, or operate the Installer, you (the "User" or "you") acknowledge that you have reviewed, understood, and consented to be legally bound by these Terms, forming a valid contract between you and the Company.
The Software is the exclusive property of the Company and is either owned by and licensed to it. These Terms apply to all elements of the Software, including its tools, modules, structural components, capabilities, and any auxiliary services, such as built-in search features.
By installing, accessing, or making any use of the Software, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and the linked to our applicable Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy"), and agree to comply with all the relevant laws and regulations. If any part of these Terms is unacceptable to you, you are required to cease using the Software immediately and remove it from your hardware. To ensure effective operation, performance tracking, data analysis, and protection, the Software may process specific technical and usage data vital for its functioning. We advise you to read the Privacy Policy thoroughly before beginning the installation.
Starting the installation process signifies your authorization for the Company to set up the Software and any necessary supporting files required for its performance. During installation, and based on your consent, the Software might adjust certain browser parameters—such as your default search tool, start page, or new tab interface—to link you with a search provider chosen by the Company. Continuing the setup serves as your direct consent to these adjustments. Should you decide to remove Weatherish later, your previous browser configurations will not revert automatically; you will need to restore them manually in your browser settings.
By proceeding, you also recognize and agree that Weatherish might feature search tools managed by external providers, all governed by these Terms.
The Company provides you with a restricted, non-exclusive, terminable, and non-assignable license to install and use the Software for personal, non-business purposes only. Every right not explicitly granted under these Terms is retained by the Company or its partners.
The Software may display, include, or provide access to third-party content, advertisements, or external platforms. The Company does not govern, support, or take liability for any external offerings. Any interaction with such third-party content is undertaken at your risk and may be subject to the relevant third-party's own terms and policies.

Any failure to meet these duties may result in the immediate cancellation of your usage rights and potential legal consequences.
All rights regarding the Software, including trademarks, underlying code, visual designs, and proprietary assets, are owned by the Company or its licensors. Nothing in this document transfers any ownership or intellectual property interest to you.
The Software is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any guarantees, whether stated or implied. The Company does not promise constant uptime, error-free operation, or total compatibility with all devices. You assume all risks arising from the installation and use of the Software and accept all liabilities connected to the installation and use of the Software.
To the full extent allowed by law, the Company shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Software. The Company's total liability is capped at either $10 USD or the actual amount you paid for the Software, whichever is lower.
At its own discretion, the Company may release patches, improvements, or fixes for the Software. Your continued use of the Software after such updates indicates your consent to them. Temporary downtime or functional changes might occur during these updates.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate them at any time by removing the Software and ceasing all use. The Company reserves the right to terminate your access instantly if you violate these Terms or if your use creates a risk to the Company, its users, or third parties. Upon termination, you must delete the Software, any granted rights cease at once, and further use will be considered a breach.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its staff, affiliates, representatives, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, or costs that arise from your misuse of the Software or your violation of these terms.
The Company may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Software indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.
You may not assign these Terms without the Company's prior written consent.
This Terms is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Tel Aviv. Claims must be filed within one year of the incident.
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, or governmental actions.
